The good folks at George's Sauces have taken their vinegar-based recipe, added jalapenos and thickened it up a bit with more ketchup to create George's Special Barbecue Sauce. The end result is a deliciously sweet, spicy and tangy sauce that's not as "sharp" as a straight-vinegar sauce but not as thick or cloyingly sweet as a western rib sauce. George's Special Barbecue Sauce can be used with pulled pork, and also works great with poultry, beef and seafood. We like to dip french fries in it for a spicy change of pace!
