If the coffee passes these tests, it is ready to roast.

Coffee Masters' own unique blend of beans are roasted to a dark reddish brown color creating a shiny coat of oil on the surface of the bean. This roast is used as a light espresso and as a delicious decaffeinated after-dinner coffee.
