A L'Olivier began in 1822 in Paris and continues to be a leading proponent of the Mediterranean way of life. Our collection includes two of their most aromatic oils: Herbs de Provence and Garlic, Thyme. To complement these oils in various salad presentations, A L’Olivier has created a line of fruit vinegars such as the two we include here—Fig and Tomato. These vinegars, unlike most brands, are thick, fresh and pulp-filled.

The last, and possibly most important ingredient, which is also included, is Fleur de Sel de Guerande from Brittany, France.
